I start my process by having a simple conversation with you over your business goals, revenue goals, and the brand perception you want people to see. Then, I research what it would take to reach your goals and form a strategy to achieve them. Once I form a plan of attack I have consultation/discovery meeting with you to share any questions with you. From there we move onto the next stage of my process.
In my opinion, the key ingredient to great design is to have a data-driven strategy in place to make informed decisions, not hypothetical ones. Ideally, I do this through user testing to show where your users frustrations are coming from. With or without user testing I apply conversion centric best practices to all of my design work. Deliverables include a user flow sitemap and wireframes for desktop and mobile.
A true designer provides solutions to a problem. If you are coming to me for web design and/or CRO services it is because you need a solution that my work can help solve. I take great pride in the work I have done for my clients if you haven’t already check it out and form your own opinion. The deliverables that exist in my design process include concepts of home and main conversion page. After you sign off on the concept direction I go into all other inner page designs that coincide with the wireframes. After all design work is agreed upon we will move forward into the next stage in my process.
Until I am comfortable with beta you and I communicate what is happening with your website. Once beta is ready, you and I go through a thorough QA process to ensure everything looks the way you anticipated. When you feel 100% comfortable with the way your website looks, functions, and is maintained on the backend you sign off and we prepare for launch.
This stage happens quickly, I go through a thorough QA process and inform you when you can expect your new website to go live. Things can go wrong when a new website goes live. I make sure that it all goes smoothly.
